The above prices are for the property per week.
A deposit of 25% of the total rental price is required on booking with the balance due 9 weeks before the start of the rental period. Payment can be made either by a cheque in Euros or PAYPAL.

If the Booking is made less than 9 weeks before the start of the holiday the full payment is due upon booking.
